SHIPPING POLICY

  • Free shipping for all delivery locations in India.

  • All orders will be dispatched within 7 working days.

​

  • All domestic orders are fulfilled through the premium Speed Post service offered by India Post.

​

  • Our team will provide you with a tracking ID as soon as the order is dispatched which can be used for tracking your order here.

​

  • You can receive your order anywhere between 7-21 working days, from the date of order placement based on your location in India.

​

  • If you are planning a gift or a surprise for your loved ones, do specify it in the notes while placing the order. 

​

  • We are not accepting international orders at the moment.  If you still wish to order internationally, please write to us.

​

  • We work from Monday to Friday, except all national holidays.

RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Sayo offers a straightforward return, refund and exchange policy because we understand it is what builds trust and reassures you to buy with confidence. 

​

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please write to us at sayo.india@gmail.com with pictures and your order details. Once we confirm a return on email, you can send it back to us. Once received, we'll send you a replacement. 

​

  • The cost of return shipping is to be incurred by the  customer and is non-refundable.

​

  • We recommend returning items through tracking systems, preferably Speed Post by India Post, as we do not have reverse pick up facility. Any returned items that are not received at our end will be treated as not returned.

​

  • Return can only be requested within 7 days after the date of delivery. Returns and refunds are initiated within 15 days from date of request. 

​

  • Only products which are unused, unwashed, undamaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging are eligible for return.

​

  • Kindly mention your name, address, phone number, email and order id on the parcel while sending your return package. 

​

  • If you have not received your package within 30 days from the date of dispatch, owing to the package being lost in the mail, we will send you a free replacement or offer refund in store credit only. Cash refunds on Credit card/Debit card are not applicable for lost mail.​
